Most of these phenomena are caused by improper use or imperfect preparation. The common reasons for this are as follows:
Question 1: Not working, no bright screen
1. The power supply is not energized: the machine will not work when there is no power supply. This phenomenon can be seen by the power indicator light (green light is normal operation and red light is off state). Check all lines to ensure correct wiring and good contact. In the case of turning on the power to see if the indicator light is on;
2. The high voltage line is not connected: At this time, the power indicator light is on, the fan is turned but the backlight of the screen is not bright and a black screen is displayed. In this case, it is necessary to check from the power supply of the splicing box to the screen to ensure that there is no error in the order of each line of the high-voltage line. The two ends are not inserted and reversed, and there is no misalignment. There is no looping, less needle phenomenon and good contact at the joints of the two ends;
3. The screen line is not connected: the white screen is displayed after the power is turned on. This phenomenon often has screen line leakage insertion, plug-in reverse, misaligned curved needle, less needle, or the logic board of the screen is not good, so make sure that the model specifications of the screen line are installed correctly before installation and debugging to avoid burning the LCD screen.
4, the voltage is not enough: the conventional processor plug-in line 1-5 pin power supply part of the voltage is not 12V, high-voltage line voltage less than 24V will point no bright screen. The power supply voltage of the screen line is less than 12V (assuming 3.3V or 5V). At this time, check whether the short-circuit cap at JP1 and JP2 on the splicing board is placed on the 12V. (The power supply voltage required for the screen line can be selected according to actual needs. ), is the wiring from the power supply to the 24V output correct?
5, short circuit (this phenomenon is more serious): the splicing box from the test board to the finished product shipment has been tested repeatedly, this phenomenon is basically non-existent, but the short circuit user of the screen itself is easy to ignore, short circuit can be shorted when there is no check on the power If the screen burns out or the splicing box burns out, there may be a black screen (high voltage line short circuit or splicing box burnt out) and white screen (made by short circuit line). It is recommended that after the installation is completed and carefully checked, before using the multimeter, measure the voltage of the screen line and the high-voltage line with a multimeter to avoid unnecessary trouble, economic loss and waste of personnel. 6. The screen or the splicing box itself is bad (there is a slight chance of this phenomenon but it cannot be completely ruled out), and the adverse risk due to transportation or impact is hidden.
Problem 2: The serial port is not controlled (can control whether the splicing box can switch on and off)
1. The value of the DIP switch is incorrect: At this time, check whether the DIP switch corresponds to the queue, whether it is re-coded, whether the switch is pulled out, whether the address code exceeds the control range of the control software, and ensure that the dial code is correct. The remote control head is connected to the ID, and the address displayed on the screen is the actual address of the processor.
2, the wire is not good: you can replace a serial cable to control a good machine to confirm (the control software and the control box dial code must correspond to the address), single item to check the wire is not good or the control port selection does not correspond, or Wire wire sequence error or open circuit.
3. If the serial port loop is interrupted or the wiring is bad, one or several machines in the middle will not be controlled. After ensuring the dialing code is correct, a controlled serial cable can be used to control the uncontrolled box. This checks whether the wire is a problem or the case.
4. The control software is bad or the output port of the computer itself is bad: use a good serial cable and a good machine to dial the code correctly and without control. At this time, check the control software---connection---serial port setting- -- Is the port used correctly? Plug and unplug the serial port output connector to see if the serial port display changes in the computer (right click on my computer - properties - hardware - device manager - port - expand), the changed port and the port used by the control software should correspond, determine the fault After the cause, the corresponding countermeasures are made. 5, the actual engineering application often encounters the VGA signal, or plug in the VGA splitter or VGA matrix machine and cause the control to fail. At this time, the VGA cable can be pulled out from the processor port to ensure the correct configuration of the control software. If the corresponding address code is the same, look at the control effect. In this case, usually the pins of the analog signal (1-R, 2-G, 3-B, 13-H, 14-V) of the VGA splitter or the matrix machine (the processor often uses 12 pins). And 15 feet as the port of the upgrade software) Partially upgraded the port to the ground short circuit and cause the control to fail. 3. The screen line is not plugged in or the contact is poor or the signal line is incomplete: At this time, the screen screen will shake, and the corresponding countermeasures will be made according to the reaction of the screen.
4. The screen line does not match the screen: At this time, the flower screen may appear or the screen is not bright. Replace the screen line of the corresponding specification. It is recommended to confirm the specifications of the screen used and the screen line that is equipped correctly before power-on. 5, the screen or the machine box itself is bad: a good screen or box with the same model can determine whether the screen or the box is good.
6. The signal line is bad, the signal line resistance is large or the error is large, and the signal terminal or matrix machine has a large signal error. Question 4: Image has interference
1. There is no interference when the machine box or signal output source has no grounding wire: At this time, there is a certain static voltage between the computer box or the computer and the ground. 2. There is interference when the screen line is not grounded: At this time, check the grounding end of all the screen lines and fix it on the casing of the machine box to eliminate it.
3. There is interference in the contact of the signal contact point: the manual signal access point, the obvious jitter on the screen will disappear when the hand is pressed, and the interference description is caused by poor contact.
4. If the signal line is too long, there will be interference: if the signal line is too long, the signal will be attenuated, and (tailing) will cause interference at this time. In this case, a signal amplifier can be eliminated. (It is recommended to use a good quality signal line with a magnetic ring when buying a signal line)
5, the splicing box or the wire is bad, there will be interference: after using a good machine box or wire replacement, the interference is eliminated. At this time, the machine box or wire should be replaced.
6, the backlight brightness is not enough will cause interference: at this time you can reduce or eliminate interference by turning the backlight brightness up.
Question 5: The signal display is not full screen
If the entire mosaic screen is not full, the screen can be adjusted by automatic adjustment. You can check if you can't adjust to full screen:
1. Is the resolution of the computer output correct? Adjust the resolution to 1024*768.60HZ output. See if it is full screen.
2. Pass the signal line of the computer directly to the processor. If the display shows a full screen, it is the result of the route that the signal line has passed.
Question 6: The picture is not docked
1. The automatic adjustment does not work. You can exchange the signal line of the distributor to see if there is any change in the screen;
